Test Roast

For each of our coffees, we create a unique roast profile, but to do this, we must first conduct many tests. This coffee has all the desired characteristics and is perfect both for daily enjoyment and for experimenting with various extraction methods.

In this package, you'll find specialty beans scoring above 86+, sourced from a single farm or sometimes a blend of different beans. Each one is carefully tested by us, and we drink it daily in our office.

The roast level is light or omni, ideal for both drip coffee makers, where you'll get more chocolatey notes, and for V60 pour-over, where the fruity flavors will shine.
