An excellent coffee from the Los Nogales farm, full of spicy and fruity notes. It has a pleasant medium acidity and a full, round, slightly sticky body with a long, pleasant finish. Particularly notable are the hints of cardamom, ginger, and tropical fruits.
This coffee impresses with its bold flavors and complexity. It has undergone an innovative process that resembles the effect of infusion, but the coffee is more complex and not as one-dimensional.

Farma Los Nogales is a prestigious family-owned coffee plantation located in the Huila region of Colombia. Founded in 1940 by the Hernandez family, it is now managed by Oscar Hernandez, the son of Ricaurte Hernandez, who gained international recognition by winning the Colombian Cup of Excellence in 2006. Oscar contributed to the region of Bruselas being recognized as one of the best in Colombia for producing high-quality coffee.

Geisha Petal Perfume
Los Nogales Petal Perfume is a coffee subjected to a unique processing method that results in an unparalleled taste and aroma:
The production process of this coffee begins with the careful selection of ripe cherries, ensuring the best flavor. The beans are then thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with water, removing any impurities. The next step involves sorting the beans by density in water, separating the highest quality ones.
Afterward, the beans undergo a thermal shock lasting 20 seconds, which helps evenly distribute the sugars and facilitates pasteurization. The beans are then depulped, and natural sugars extracted from the fruit are added to the fermentation process, enhancing the flavor and intensity of the coffee.
Fermentation lasts for 120 hours, during which the beans acquire a distinctive acidity and depth of flavor. Finally, the beans are sun-dried for 15 days, allowing them to reach optimal moisture levels and fully develop their flavor profile.
