Coffee from the Cenfrocafe cooperative, bringing together many small coffee producers from Northern Peru. This is another one of our organically certified beans.
Processed using the washed method, it features notes of dried fruits, honey, and nuts, followed by a clean and pleasant acidity.
Unflavored coffee, whose flavor profile comes entirely from the type of grain used, country of origin, variety, and processing.
Our packaging is compostable, and the labels are made of paper.

Cenfrocafe Cooperative was founded in 1999 and is located in northern Peru, near the border with Ecuador. With the support of neighboring cooperatives, it serves as the foundation for many small coffee producers in this mountainous region. Currently, Cenfrocafe has 2,500 members.
