Ania Kiełbasińska
Running and coffee. These two passions combine in a project that arose from a unique collaboration with Anna Kiełbasińska – Polish athlete, Olympic vice-champion, and organizer of SlowSprint Camp , a series of running camps that combine a passion for sport with health and regeneration.
"During my trips abroad, observing professional athletes, I noticed how important a role coffee plays in their daily routine. For athletes, coffee is not only a moment of relaxation and a good socializing tool (thanks to our shared passion, we visited many specialty coffee shops around the world), but also a ritual, incredibly important in the entire process of preparing for athletic performance. Rich in antioxidants, it helps the body cope with intense physical exertion. Fascinated by this coffee culture, I decided to introduce it to Poland, sharing this passion with other sports enthusiasts."
SlowSprint x Miga Coffee / Drip Bag
This is how SlowSprint x Miga Coffee was born, and now another project: our joint drip bags. Together with Ania, we have once again created something unique, selected specifically for this project. It wasn't easy, because Ania strives for the highest quality solutions in both sports and every other aspect of life.
Peru Cajamarca, a unique coffee that keeps up with the fast pace.
Why coffee? Both disciplines require commitment, discipline, and continuous improvement, and recovery is just as important as the training itself. Coffee, especially high-quality coffee, can significantly improve performance and accelerate muscle recovery. SlowSprint x Miga Coffee is the result of combining these two passions.
Peru Cajamarca
Peru Cajamarca – this particular coffee variety, carefully selected by us and chosen by Ania, became the basis for our joint drip bag compositions. It's a coffee from the Cenfrocafe cooperative, which brings together many small coffee producers from Northern Peru, and one of our certified organic beans.
A washed coffee with notes of dried fruit, honey and nuts, followed by a clean, pleasant acidity.
