A unique Mexican coffee from the Veracruz region (Mundo Maya, lot 7475), harvested at peak ripeness. This honey-processed coffee features an additional anaerobic fermentation stage, resulting in a remarkably sweet, complex, and wine-like character. Expect high sweetness, a sophisticated flavor profile, and the perfect balance that comes from precisely controlled processing.

The cup offers notes of dried fruit and citrus, complemented by a delicate winey aroma. It features a medium-high, smooth body and intense fruity acidity.

Unflavored coffee, whose flavor profile comes entirely from the type of grain used, country of origin, variety, and processing.
