Fondo Paez
Founded in 1992, Fondo Paez is a cooperative that places great importance on quality control of its beans. As Roasters United, we supported the training of four quality controllers working within this cooperative, enabling them to obtain Q-Grader certification. The cooperative strives to recover traditional agricultural knowledge and the culture of the indigenous people in the mountainous region of Colombia, where coffee remains the main crop.
